The product

Formline generates an illustrative future-body visual path based on the photo and conditions you provide. Results are motivational illustrations, not a prediction of your body, and not medical, nutritional or training advice. Do not use Formline if you are a minor, or if you want medical or coaching services.

Purchases

• One-time purchase, processed by Creem (Merchant of Record) including applicable taxes. No subscription.
• All products are digital content; there is no physical delivery.
• “Unlock” means access for the operating lifetime of Formline, subject to refunds or disputes.
• Refund requests go through Creem or the support address shown in the site footer.

Acceptable use

Upload only your own photo; you must be an adult; no nudity or sexual content; no photos of other people. Uploads that break these rules are rejected.
